The South Garda Karting is ready to face the challenge of another karting season in 2019 after closing successfully its 30th year of activity.
Entries accepted for the 24th Winter Cup 2019
Entries are now accepted for the 24th Winter Cup, the traditional early season race. This International race is scheduled for February 15-17th, 2019, and is open to categories Mini Rok, KZ2, OK and OK-Junior. Classes KZ2 and OK will use Bridgestone YNB tyres, while OK-Junior will use Vega XH2, and Mini Rok Bridgestone YJL. Entry forms are available at www.southgardakarting.it and entry fees must be paid by credit card. Park Fermè will feature tyres check with barcode.
The KZ-KZ2 FIA Karting World Championship in 2019
The South Garda Karting circuit has just celebrated its 30th Anniversary at the International CIKFIA European Championship, but the great and even bigger novelty of 2019 is the FIA Karting World Championship for KZ, KZ2 and Academy Trophy that will take place at the Italian circuit. This is quite a recognition to the venue managed by the Corberi family that recently has not only renewed the layout of the track bringing it to its current 1.200 meters, but also added several new services for drivers and staff.
Season 2019 features an intense karting calendar: the biggest event is going to be the FIA Karting World Championship on September 22nd, but the other events programmed by the Direction of the Circuit are all top class, starting from the 24th Winter Cup to be held on February 17th. The 2019 calendar also includes the three WSK races valid for Super Master Series, Euro Series and Open Cup, the International Trophies Andrea Margutti and Industrie, the opener of the DKM German Championship, the double rounds of the Spring, Summer and Autumn Trophy, the South Garda Karting Trophy and the spectacular final of the Rok Cup International. A total of 15 high level appointments for another great karting season, that will also include historic KFA karts of the 90s.
