Rotax Stars & Stripes Trophy Series Rescheduled

After a difficult start to the 2020 year, America and the sport of karting has begun to retake some normality with racing officially beginning to take shape. J3 Competition is pleased to announce its rescheduled northeast Rotax regional Stars & Stripes Trophy program.  The three-race format which is highlighted with a single practice day and one day of racing allows for nearly anyone to compete along with only one set of new slick tires required for racing.  The series will resume at the original northeast venues with a revised rotation and date format which follows:

Stars & Stripes Trophy (series):

Race 1: Lafayette Motorsports Park | August 21-22

Race 2: United Karting | October 3-4

Race 3: Oakland Valley Race Park | October 10-11

“With the northeast region arguably being hit the hardest by COVID-19 the ability to reschedule this series with success has been challenging, but our partners have worked tirelessly with us to do so.  Lafayette Motorsports Park will now play host to the opening round with Oakland Valley anchoring the series providing for a solid format.  The program looks ready to take off and with a lot of regional interest not to mention that the champions in Sr. Max and Master Max receiving a ticket to the 2020 Rotax Grand Finals in Portimao, Portugal, this series is going to be extra special!” – J3 Management

The full event page for the series has been updated with registration, logistics, and schedule information coming online at the RaceRotax.com website in the coming days.  Additional series awards will be updated in the coming week to underscore an already stellar prize package.  All three events will be run with one day of practice followed by one day of official racing.  For more information please contact J3 Competition or follow one of its many social media outlets to get informed and prepared for the competition.
