Performing increasingly well throughout the fourth round of the Champions of the Future Euro Series, the KR-IAME teams ultimately made a clear mark in both categories during the Kristianstad finals. Noah Baglin and Zac Drummond secured a one-two finish in OK, whilst Daniel Miron Lorente crossed the finish line first in the OK-Junior final, before being joined on the podium by Priam Bruno. Ahead of the series’ final round in Sarno in September, Kart Republic factory karts occupy the top three places in the overall series standings, in both OK and OK-Junior.

After Friday’s Qualifying Heats established the leading contenders, Round 4 of the Champions of the Future Euro Series reached its decisive stage at the 1,221-metre Asum Ring in Kristianstad.

The Asum Ring, a 1,221m circuit and one renowned as one of the greatest in European karting, will invite drivers across the OK Junior and OK categories to duel around 16 corners and an elevation change of 6 metres this week. Across three days of competition, points will start to become the talk of the town as the series heads deeper into its later stages, with the penultimate event on the calendar now arriving.

The fourth round of the Champions of the Future Euro Series continued at Kristianstad on Friday with a full programme of Qualifying Heats. Leonardo Gorski emerged at the head of the OK-Junior classification after recording four victories, while Benjamin Manach retained the advantage in OK despite strong challenges from Henry Domain and Filippo Sala.
