The ADAC Kart Masters will return to the German karting calendar in 2026. With the opening of registration, the official starting signal has now been given for the comeback season of this long-established racing series. The championship is clearly positioned as a national link between the ADAC regional karting series and the German Kart Championship (DKM), offering an attractive platform at a high sporting level for both young talents and experienced competitors. Once again in the upcoming season, Germany’s premier national karting series will provide optimal conditions for young talents and ambitious drivers, featuring five championship classes. Online registration for the DKM title classes is now available via adac.de/motorsport.

Munich. The Road to DTM youth development program will be realigned within the German Kart Championship (DKM) for the 2026 season. Going forward, the program will be fully anchored in the OK-N category. As a result, the champion of this class will receive the entry fee for the BMW M2 Cup or ADAC GT4 Germany in the following season, providing a clear opportunity to take the next step toward professional motorsport.

The German Kart Championship (DKM) will include five race weekends in the upcoming year, combining traditional tracks in Germany with a special highlight abroad. For the first time ever, Germany’s premier kart racing series will make a stop in Cheb, Czech Republic. The season opener will take place from May 1 to 3 in Saxony: the new season kicks off at Arena E in Mülsen – as tradition dictates, the DKM will conclude at ProKart Raceland in Wackersdorf. The decisive races of the 2026 season will be held there from September 25 to 27. A new class structure will also be introduced: alongside the Mini and Shifter Kart (KZ2) categories, the OK-N Junior and OK-N classes will be added for the first time.

With victories in the drivers' and team championships in the ADAC GT Masters and its first title in karting, HRT's young talent program can look back on a successful year. The young talents from HRT also secured class victory at the ADAC RAVENOL 24h Nürburgring.
