Bas Kaligis / Friday, August 1, 2025 / Categories: Singleseater Enzo Deligny tops the first collective test at Imola The Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine was back in action at Imola, once again enjoying optimal weather conditions for the morning session of the Collective Tests, where Enzo Deligny (R-Ace GP) set the fastest lap, stopping the clock at 1:39.044. Right behind him, with a gap of 0.382s, was Nikita Bedrin (Saintéloc Racing). A positive start to the weekend for R-Ace GP was further confirmed by the third and fifth positions of Akshay Bohra and Jin Nakamura, with Rashid Al Dhaheri (Prema Racing) slotting into fourth place between them. The fastest among the rookies was Ean Eyckmans (RPM), who secured sixth place, finishing ahead of an experienced driver like Michael Belov (CL Motorsport). Demonstrating the high level of competitiveness within the series, the top 11 positions were covered by less than one second, with Taito Kato (ART Grand Prix) in eighth, Matteo De Palo (Trident) ninth, Pedro Clerot (Van Amersfoort Racing) tenth, and Evan Giltaire (ART Grand Prix) in eleventh.
