With the FIA ​​awards ceremony which took place in Rwanda in the last few days, the curtain has finally fallen on the 2025 sporting season for international karting. As usual, at CRG, it’s time to take stock with President Giancarlo Tinini. The first reflections are aimed precisely at the international season, in which once again CRG products were among the great protagonists.

Throughout this intense 2021 season, the Energy Corse team has been particularly competitive as recent prestigious international events can attest: a masterful victory in the Rok Cup Superfinal in Mini with the Canadian Jensen Burnett and a podium in OK-Junior during the Champions of the Future series with Tomass Stolcermanis. Stolcermanis also had the honour starting on the front row of the World Championship in his Energy Corse-TM Racing package.

Between the two events of the 2020 Champions of the Future series held three months apart, James Wharton's progress has been spectacular. In the south of Portugal, the Australian hopeful showed he was capable of competing with the best in the difficult OK category

One month before the World Championship in Portimao, it is time to take stock of the team led by Patrik Hajek, which is now at the height of the season within the international karting scene

The fourth round of the Italian ACI Karting Championship kicked off the final sprint in the Italian campaign with Palomba and Lombardo taking the win in KZ2, Amendola and Apicella in International MINI, Sardo and Sala in National Mini, Abbate and Megna in Rok Junior, Locatelli and Gaglianò in Rok Senior, Scognamiglio and Al Dhaheri in X30 Junior, as Carenini secured a double win in X30 Senior.

As all the sectors of International sports, including F1 and football, karting has to face the Covid-19 emergency trying to evaluate all the options available to save the season, despite still there are no certainties on the time needed to end this sanitary emergency and all the restrictions imposed by the Governments of all over the globe.

Stan and Jorrit Pex are switching from CRG to Kart Republic this season. The Limburg brothers are expecting to give their racing a new boost at the top of international karting in 2019. They will continue to be powered by TM where they are supplied with factory engines, as well as using a number of self-prepared engines.
