Dutch Karting Champion Joey Hanssen will return to his adopted home for the 2018 Race of Stars at the Xtreme Karting Facility on the Gold Coast this October.

The 2018 Canadian Open will take place in Mont-Tremblant (Québec) Canada between August 31^st and September 2^nd on the fantastic Mont-Tremblant karting track, home track of Formula 1 driver Lance Stroll.  The event is a National event open to foreign participation.

Alex Iancu showed great potential in 60 Mini, as did Mattia Simonini in X30 Junior and Mario Martucci in X30 Senior.

It was an extremely heated run for Baby Race in the fifth round of the Italian Championship last weekend at Adria. At the northern Italian venue, Sandro Lorandi and his team secured victories and podium finishes in a really positive outing. 

Jay Hanson has taken a hard fought maiden victory in KA2 at Round Four of the SP Tools Australian Kart Championship, presented by Castrol EDGE in Emerald in Central Queensland.

The Race of Stars is set to return in 2018 on October 11-13 with Australia’s, and many of the world's, best kart drivers converging at the Xtreme Karting facility on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

The Emerald Kart Club in Queensland will host its largest ever karting event when Round Four of the 2018 SP Tools Australian Kart Championship, presented by Castrol EDGE is contested next weekend (July 28/29).

The prestigious Race of Stars karting extravaganza will return to the Xtreme Karting Facility on the Gold Coast, Queensland this October.

Massimo Dante came fourth in the first final in Lonato after shining in qualifying. The young Alex Iancu ended fifth in Mini after leading the first laps of the first final. Pastacaldi involved in an incident in qualifying.

From June 30th to July 1st, BRP-Rotax brought the future into the pre-sent and started off at full throttle at the very first race of the DEKM (Deutsche Elektro-Kart-Meisterschaft). The eagerly awaited race was held on one of Germany’s most modern motorsport arenas, Oschersleben.

The young Moroccan driver Suleiman Zanfari, who defends the colours of his country in the CIK-FIA Karting Academy Trophy, took the opportunity to shine on 30th June and 1st July at the Lonato circuit as part of the ACI Sport Italian Championship. Brazilian F1 champion Emerson Fittipaldi presented him with the cup for the winner of Race 1 for his victories with Lotus.

Three days after their defeat by Belgium in the World Cup, the English returned the ball by dominating the second edition of the Francorchamps 24 Hours for Private Karts. Showing great skill in the 2017 deluge, teams from across the Channel repeated their endeavours in the summer heat.

It was another extremely positive weekend for the Baby Race team and the Parolin chassis, a combination that is growing more and more competitive in the national and international karting panorama.

The Pomposa circuit (Italy) will host the Rental Kart World Contest on October 6^th, the International Finals organized by CRG for drivers who took part to the events held on tracks that employ the CRG rental karts in the world. 

After the recent WSK Open Cup, Maranello Kart is continuing its campaign in the Italian ACI Karting Championship at the South Garda Karting Circuit, eying the European Championship. The end of the collaboration with Marco Zanchetta is announced.

The collaboration with Sodikart, the new Alpha Karting technical partner, has enabled the oldest French brand in business to achieve a successful restructuring on the national market. Building on this success, Alpha is now taking the next step by investing internationally. The recent recruitment of the famous driver Bas Lammers is a major asset for this development abroad.

The 8th edition of the SWS World Final confirms Sodikart's desire to give this flagship leisure karting event an even stronger international base. Organised since 2011 in France, the annual meeting of the best drivers of the Sodi World Series will take place this year in Italy, on a large racing circuit near Venice to combine sport and leisure in a new approach.
 

The fifth round of the Tuto Super One Series took place at Rowrah in Cumbria with some excellent racing in wet and dry.

Massimo Dante and Maranello Kart celebrated the victory at the 5th Summer Trophy in KZ2, as they claimed the third win of this Trophy held in Lonato. Ceresoli also secured a good result and Gabro Bizzozero was 12th in Shifter Rok.
