New format, same outstanding success for one of the most prestigious events in CRG’s Rental calendar: the Rental Kart World Contest. The 2025 edition of this renowned international meeting, raced with CRG Centurion karts, took place at the 7 Laghi Kart Track in Castelletto di Branduzzo, Italy, from October 17th to 19th. For this 6th edition, the race format brought back a mix of Sprint Cup and Endurance Cup, as it was in the inaugural 2016 event. Castelletto hosted the Sprint titles on Saturday — with over 100 drivers competing across Junior, Silver, and Pro categories — and the Endurance Cup on Sunday, a 6-hour race featuring 34 teams on the grid.

The 2025 season concluded for the ProKart Challenge following the action on October 11-12 at the K1 Circuit. The Winchester, California, facility welcomed the Superkarts! USA regional program to close out its 21st season. A total of 161 entries battled around the 1.1-mile ‘Pro Track’ course for the sixth and final round of the 2025 championship.

Drivers from more than 15 different countries are expected for a weekend that will feature two distinct Rental race formats: on Saturday, the Sprint Cup will take place, including practice sessions, qualifying, two heats, a last-chance race, and Finals; on Sunday, the Endurance Cup will be held over a 6-hour distance.

The 2025 IAME Waterswift Restricted Cadet Class, one of four classes within the British Kart Championships, has been powered by sustainable fuel thanks to funding provided by the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team. Delivered in collaboration with Motorsport UK, the use of sustainable fuel from Round Three of the Championship achieved a 55% reduction in emissions compared to its fossil fuel equivalent.

The MP Group has further expanded its karting activities by acquiring the legendary karting circuit Karting Genk. To this end, MP owner Henk de Jong reached an agreement with the Lemmens family, who opened the outdoor track at Horensbergdam in 1983 and have owned it ever since. MP, best known in the Netherlands for its leading Formula racing team MP Motorsport, has been working for several years to grow its presence in karting—the foundation of the talent ladder that MP Motorsport offers all the way up to Formula 2.

The Superkarts! USA SuperNationals 28 is set to be a record-breaking event on November 12-16 outside the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. For a third straight year, karters from around the world will converge on the Las Vegas, Nevada facility to compete for a space in the SKUSA record books.
