The circuit of Genk, the “Home of Champions”, will host the final round of the IAME Euro Series 2023. The technical and selective Genk circuit, 1360 meters long, is demanding for the drivers and is a major challenge for the technical teams. It is the favourite track of Formula 1 driver Max Verstappen, who often comes to drive a kart on the circuit when the opportunity arises. To make the races even more complex, the rapidly changing weather situation requires frequent adaptations.

His results in Genk gradually improved over the weekend, culminating in second place in the final of the IAME X30 Junior category. No wonder Anthony Bongartz, racing for the Eurokarting Team was happy to tell his story after the fourth round of the GK4 Kart Series. It was the season's first podium for the 13-year-old talented driver from the Belgian town of Amel.

Round 3 of the IAME Euro Series took place for the first time in the series’ history at the Karting track of Franciacorta, with 207 drivers from around the world competing in X30 Mini, X30 Junior, and a sold-out X30 Senior category.

For the second appointment of the championship, the IAME Series Benelux will cross the Belgian border, where the fight will continue at the Circuit de la Métropole in Ostricourt (France).  No fewer than 244 drivers are registered for this race, which continues this weekend.  Among them the first winners of the season, but also pilots determined to take their revenge.  The battle promises to be intense and spectacular on the French circuit!
