Circuito 7 laghi in Castelletto di Branduzi was the location of the 2018 series finale. High temperatures and bright sunshine welcomed the 135 drivers who took the challenge in the four categories. With many surprise results, and a brief rain disrupting the finals action on Sunday, the 2018 IAME Euro Series came to a close on a high note!

The IAME Euro series completed its third round at the wonderful track of Wackersdorf in Bavaria, where thriller races took place in all four categories! It is becoming a pattern this year, as once again the rain made its appearance on Friday morning and laid the ground for mixed results in qualifying, but gave its place to a beautiful sunshine for the rest of the weekend.

The second race of the RGMMC 2018 IAME Euro Series took place on the legendary track of Mariembourg in Belgium, with 140 drivers taking part in the four categories. Despite some threats of rain, the entire race took place in high temperatures and dry track conditions, mostly under a sunny sky! With a new winner in X30 Senior, Elie Goldstein, and another in X30 Junior, Enzo Joulié, and several surprises, there was a shakeup at the top of standings. Meanwhile Alejandro Melendez in X30 Mini and Sten Piirimagi in X30 Shifters reaffirmed their positions with additional wins. All categories were characterized by continuous battles and position changes that provided a great spectacle. Once again, the event had excellent video stream coverage throughout the entire duration of the weekend and additional behind the scenes video footage like the onboard track presentation, the pint in the paddock, and the grid interviews, showing the continuous commitment of RGMMC to the good promotion of its races.

Parolin Racing Kart faced a particularly difficult challenge during the second round of the European Championship at the PF International circuit. In addition learning this unique British track, the young Italian team had to face the pack of formidable British drivers on their home ground. Gabriele Mini’ fulfilled his mission perfectly by getting on the third step of the podium which allowed him to take the lead in the provisional classification of the Championship, a good sign midway through the European season.

With no fewer than 186 drivers entered, the second event of the IAME Series Benelux again offered a magnificent spectacle on the karting circuit at Spa-Francorchamps. On a track sometimes dry and sometimes damp, discussions were extremely animated on the last weekend of April! Despite the changeable conditions, overall the favourites held their own.

The launch of the IAME Series Benelux was a vote in favour of karting in general and for the IAME X30 categories in particular. No fewer than 206 drivers from 15 different countries came to the Karting des Fagnes (Mariembourg) and, despite changeable conditions, they put on a magnificent show in a competition more relevant and more international than ever.  After the rain on Saturday for qualifying practice and the first qualifying heats, the wet track on Sunday morning dried out rapidly with the return of the sun. So to take a leading position at the opening event of the IAME Series Benelux, drivers had to cope with all climatic conditions and quickly adapt their driving style to them. This is what happened in the first of the four championship events in 2018.
