From the 23 to 26 May the 2019 Iame Euro Series will be heading for Italy – the nation famous for pasta, pizza, dolce vita and not to forget karting.  Consequently one of Europe’s most popular Iame karting series will hold its second round of the season at Castelletto di Branduzzo on the beautiful circuit of “7 Laghi”.  As its name implies (seven lakes) the 1.256 metre long track is situated right within a lake district and not too far away from Milan.

The second round of the 2019 IAME Benelux Series proved to be another successful weekend for Team Evolution, the British outfit finishing with four drivers in the top 4 after securing pole position for both the X30 Junior and Senior finals Sunday. Zach Ripley took an impressive victory in juniors ahead of fellow Evolution teammate Liam McNielly in third, while leading senior Joey van Splunteren was unbeaten in the races, until settling for P3 in a battle to the flag.

It was a case of “The student outdriving the Master” at the opening round of the IAME Euro Series in Belgium over the weekend, when 17-year-old Niels Koolen showed his real potential with a superb performance to secure his podium place on Sunday, ahead of his personal coach and leading Team Evolution teammate Joey van Splunteren.  For the British-based team, it was an excellent way to begin the 2019 European X30 Series, as they take on the some tough rivals.

The first round of the IAME X30 Euro Series welcomed this weekend in Mariembourg, in Belgium, 172 drivers from 20 countries, largely increased compared to 2018, something that highlights the growing success of the competition promoted by RGMMC. Run in beautiful conditions on the Karting des Fagnes International Raceway, the Finals on Sunday delivered their great racing with the first wins of 2019 going to Freddie Slater in Mini, Jason Leung in Junior, Callum Bradshaw in Senior and Philipp Seewer in Shifter.

The 2019 IAME X30 Euro Series has officially started this Friday in Belgium as the 172 drivers entering the opening round of the series hosted by RGMMC have hit the “Karting des Fagnes” of Mariembourg for the Qualifying Sessions. At the end of the day, each of the four classes was topped by one driver, Freddie Slater in Mini, Wigot Edqvist in Junior, Rimmo Kadapik in Senior and Kevin Lüdi in Super Shifter, all heading for the Qualifying Heats on Saturday and the finals on Sunday. The Finals on Sunday delivered their great racing with the first wins of 2019 going to Freddie Slater in Mini, Jason Leung in Junior, Callum Bradshaw in Senior and Philipp Seewer in Shifter.

This weekend the 2019 Iame Euro series will kick off in Mariembourg, Belgium. Four classes will be in the programme this season: X30 Mini, X30 Junior, X30 Senior and X30 Shifter . Through three days of competition, gathering a record-breaking entry list of 200 drivers split into four categories, the Internacional Kartodromo Lucas Guerrero of Valencia rumbled last weekend for the 2019 IAME Winter Cup! The action on track saw the wins of Freddie Slater in Mini, Oliver Bearman in Junior, Dean MacDonald in Senior and Brad Benavides in Shifter at the end of a successful third edition of the event organized by RGMMC to kick off the IAME X30 season!

This weekend series organiser RGMMC and the Lucas Guerrero International circuit in Chiva, Valencia (Spain) will host the 3^rd edition of the IAME X30 Winter Cup. The event was introduced in 2016 to give IAME-drivers, worldwide, the opportunity to initiate some serious winter preparation in the warmer climate of Spain, cumulating in a race event where drivers can prepare themselves for the 2019 Euro Series and other X30 National events around the world. 2017 saw 58 drivers take part. 2018 saw a massive increase in drivers with a total of 170 drivers participating. 2019 shows a great entry, with more then 200 drivers in 4 classes: Mini, Junior, Senior and Super Shifter. National program to offer a staggering $162,000 prize purse to be awarded in 2019. The 2019 season marks the 10th year of the sport’s only national series – the Superkarts! USA Pro Tour. Initially launched in April of 2010, the SKUSA Pro Tour has grown throughout the previous nine seasons of competition, creating lasting memories, establishing current stars in the sport, developing drivers for the professional ranks, and all while remaining the premier championship series in North America.

At only 11 years of age, the young Franco-Luxembourg driver Maxime FURON CASTELAIN has just completed a masterful period in the Cadet category with 11 victories during his last 13 races, a rare series in the history of the discipline.

The squad led by Stefano Tredicine is ready to face the new season starting immediately with an international events: it will fly to the USA to support Bruno Fusaro and André Nicastro’s NF Sports at the Florida Winter Tour, three events valid for the Rok Cup USA.

The RGMMC Iame race calendar kicks off in Valencia beginning of February.  Perfect opportunity to get some pre season serious testing in the warmer climate of Southern Europe before the Iame nationals and Euro series commences. Last season a total of 170 drivers attended the event creating some thrilling race moments.

GENK – A glimpse at the podium after the Golden Trophy races in Genk was enough to confirm that Strawberry Racing remains a force to be reckoned with in Rotax Max. The very successful karting squad from Sheffield scored a one-two-three in the Senior category on Sunday. With Steve Armstrong as the new team manager, things are looking very good for next season.

Callum Bradshaw has been among the contenders to the victory in the Iame International Final held in Le Mans, race that had 466 drivers at the start.  He claimed the third step of the podium in Iame Super after dominating qualifying.
