The first qualifying sessions have now been completed in Le Mans, France, with the Minime (FFSA) / Cadet (UK), X30 Mini, X30 Junior and X30 Master all taking to the track this morning in mixed conditions.

Curtain down on the 2019 IAME X30 Euro Series as its fourth and final round unfolded in exciting fashion last weekend on the Sologne Karting Circuit of Salbris, in France. Freddie Slater won both the Mini final and title, Freddie Spindlow took victory in the Junior race ahead of Oliver Bearman who claimed the Series’ laurels while Mark Kimber topped the Senior field and kept his crown for the second consecutive season!

The fourth and final round of the 2019 IAME Euro Series will return to Sologne Karting, Salbris, France. This 1477 m track set in the Loire Valley has hosted numerous international events over the years.  In addition to the RGMMC race meetings in 2018 saw the return of the CIK European Championship in KZ2/KZ and the Academy.

With a hectic summer season program underway, Team Evolution is pushing hard to make every weekend count. Round 4 of the IAME Series Benelux 2019 was no exception, as the British team secured three podiums and notable results amidst the challenging weather conditions throughout the event at the Karting Genk – ‘Home of Champions’ circuit in Belgium. In the X30 Senior category, Joey van Splunteren bounced back to the top, after a less than satisfying Euro Series round recently, outperforming all his competitive rivals for victory and his invitation to the IAME International Final at Le Mans mid-October. Zach Ripley and Herolind Nuredini took a brilliant 2^nd and 3^rd respectively in X30 Juniors, with Ripley closing the gap on the series lead.

The Third Round of the 2019 IAME X30 Euro Series delivered a great level of Competition on the Pro Kart Raceland of Wackersdorf, in Germany, where Freddie Slater, in the Mini class, Oliver Gray, in the Junior category, and Mark Kimber, in the Seniors, claimed victories at the end of the Final races!

The IAME Euro Series heads to the ProKart Raceland venue at Wackersdorf in Germany, in the heart of the Bavarian countryside. As one of the largest circuits in the country, it’s always a pleasure to return to Stephan Fritsch’s amazing facility and its exemplary staff. The 1222 metre long circuit has recently been resurfaced which adds to the spectacle and challenge of such an intense venue, and with 8 right handers and 6 lefts with a complex combination of fast sweeping apexes, tight hairpins and varied elevation changes over the lap keep the teams and drivers guessing throughout the weekend. Add to that an uncompromising weather system that can spring a few surprises over a weekend, a win here is more than just a trophy – it can teach drivers the lessons they need to become the world’s best racers.

At the end of thrilling Finals on Sunday, Tom Lebbon took the win in the Juniors, Lorenzo Travisanutto, in the Seniors, and William Macintyre, in the Mini class, all claiming maiden victories in the series!

From the 23 to 26 May the 2019 Iame Euro Series will be heading for Italy – the nation famous for pasta, pizza, dolce vita and not to forget karting.  Consequently one of Europe’s most popular Iame karting series will hold its second round of the season at Castelletto di Branduzzo on the beautiful circuit of “7 Laghi”.  As its name implies (seven lakes) the 1.256 metre long track is situated right within a lake district and not too far away from Milan.
