The new Champions of the future Academy Program series by RGMMC, launched between the 20th and 22nd of November at the kart circuit of the Al Forsan International Sports Resort in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an exciting change to the traditional weekend format the event took place between Monday and Wednesday just before, and only a few kilometers distance from the final round of Formula1 even, facilitated F1 Academy members and junior scouts to be present and keep an eye for new talents. In addition, it allowed the karting drivers and contributors to continue their week with a visit to the Formula1 race.

On the occasion of the FIA Karting World Championship OK-OKJ in Franciacorta, the Tony Kart Racing Team gains the Top 3 in the "Junior" category with official driver Scott Kin Lindblom, running in contention for victory until the very end.

In the wake of his first European top 10 at Genk (BEL), Suleiman Zanfari further improved his score by reaching 8th in the Final at Kristianstad (SWE). His Swedish event was not easy after a strange drop in performance between Free Practice and Timed Practice. The young Moroccan driver showed great determination to limit his risk-taking during the heats before intensifying his effort during a Final climb of 10 places which allowed him to finish 8th out of 91 participants OK-Junior.

On the third round of the FIA Karting European Championship OK and Junior, in Sweden, the Tony Kart Racing Team gets close to the podium in OKJ after a weekend with important performances in both categories. The third round of the FIA Karting European Championship starts off on the right foot for the Tony Kart Racing Team. In Kristianstad, Sweden, both drivers and equipment are fast right from the start, by constantly occupying top positions.

To finish the Swedish Kart Grand Prix in style, the last races proved to be very interesting in the Kristianstad sun. The third Competition of the FIA Karting European Championship - OK & Junior slightly changed the positions and scores of the provisional rankings. The last meeting of the season, in more than a month and a half at Le Mans (FRA), promises to be exciting for the awarding of the titles.

Suleiman Zanfari continued his return to kart racing at the second round of the FIA ​​Karting European Championship - Junior at the Genk circuit from 16th to 19th May 2019. He was driving a Kosmic / Iame from the VDK Racing team for the occasion, facing over 75 experienced opponents. Unspared by the weather conditions in Timed Practice which was particularly difficult to manage, the young Moroccan driver then began an outstanding of 20 places and finished inside the top 10 in a superb 9th position.

The weather was almost dry on Saturday, 18th May in Genk during an intense day dedicated to the Qualification Heats of the second Competition of the FIA ​​Karting European Championship - OK & Junior. The sun even made a lengthy appearance and warmed the atmosphere, in contrast with the gloomy weather of the day, before a shower changed the game in the late afternoon.

After a seven month absence, at the beginning of May Suleiman Zanfari returned to karting during the Swedish Kart League at Kristianstad in OK-Junior within the Ward Racing team. The young Moroccan made a remarkable comeback with pole position and crossed the finish line ahead by a large margin then was 3rd after a penalty. His top performances both in the dry and in the wet have not gone unnoticed by the professionals.

After a very convincing international season among the best hopefuls in 2018, the young Moroccan driver Suleiman Zanfari has increased his ambitions for 2019. Perfectly mastering his subject in OK-Junior, he will set out to score results in a double programme dedicated to the European and World FIA Karting events as well as the German DKM Championship.

At only 13 years old, the young Moroccan driver Suleiman Zanfari has raised the image of the African continent in international karting competition. On the podium in Italy, he finished 7th in the Karting Academy Trophy, the challenge for the young talents throughout the world, organised by the FIA. Suleiman carries the hopes of Morocco and those of all the youth of Africa in motorsport.

After his victory in the Italian Championship a week earlier, Suleiman Zanfari remained in the same dynamic during the second of the three events of the 2018 CIK-FIA Academy Trophy. The Moroccan motorsport hopeful has worthily represented the colours of his country and the FRMSA (Royal Moroccan Federation of Motor Sports).
