The Prokart Raceland in Wackersdorf (Germany) was the venue for the big season finale of the 2021 Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy from September 3rd to 5th, 2021. After stops at Genk (BEL), Adria (ITA) and Mülsen (GER), the European RMC elite fought for the last championship points of the year in the region of Bavaria. More than 100 drivers in the categories of Junior MAX, Senior, MAX, Rotax DD2, DD2 Masters as well as the Rotax Project E20 Tour, which was part of the supporting program, attended the event. Racing conditions could not have been better as the weather made for a sunny and hot weekend.

The Rotax Project E20 eKart was demonstrated last weekend at the request of the organisation of Prince Carl Philip's Racing Trophy & combined Rotax MAX Challenge Sweden at GTR Motorpark in Eskilstuna, Sweden.

This weekend Jessica Bäckman will compete in STCC (Scandinavian Touring Car Championship) at Scandinavian Raceway, Anderstorp together with Brink Motorsport. It will be both a new team and a completely new car for Jessica, as she will drive an Audi RS 3 LMS TCR car for the first time. "It will be very fun to compete in Sweden again, it is two years since I competed in STCC and it ended well with a podium position", Jessica Bäckman says.

BRP-Rotax is excited to announce that the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) has been nominated as authorized distributor for the Kingdom of Bahrain with immediate effect. BIC has already been a long-time promoter of Rotax Karting products and the Rotax MAX Challenge as a successful Rotax Service Center under the governance of Al Ain Raceway, the authorized Rotax distributor for the region so far.

However, the Covid-19 pandemic is still present and the recent reinforcement of health controls between countries around the world has restricted the number of participants at the last moment.

From July 16th to 18th, 2021, the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy made its debut in the Arena E at Mülsen (GER). For the first time, the European RMC elite visited the 1,315 metre-long circuit in Eastern Germany, where the third and penultimate round of the season heralded the crucial phase of the series. The weather was mixed; after sunshine on Friday, the heats took place in rainy weather before the final day was dry again.

Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy is this weekend at Motorsportarena Mülsen for Round 3. Motorsportarena Mülsen is the latest track that joins the Euro Trophy roster, and will provide a stern test for all those that look to race there. Based just 25 minutes from the iconic Sachsenring in eastern Germany, Mülsen is one of the newest additions to the karting scene, in terms of an international circuit.
