In Wackersdorf, Bavaria, challenging conditions over the last weekend made for a particularly exciting final phase. Eventful races on mostly wet asphalt resulted in four new winners of the day. With Ethan Jeff-Hall (Junior MAX), Sean Butcher (Senior MAX), Mark Kimber (DD2) and Denis Thum (DD2 Masters), the new champions of the international Rotax racing series were also crowned at Prokart Raceland.

BRP-Rotax is glad to announce a new race, namely the E-Kart Race organized by the DMSW (Deutsche Motor Sport Wirtschaftsdienst) as part of the German Kart Championship (DKM) in Wackersdorf, Germany from September 23-25, 2022. Drivers aged 12 and over can take part in the event at Prokart Raceland Wackersdorf.

BRP-Rotax is pleased to announce that Amprex Racing Services, distributor of Rotax kart engines in Malaysia and promoter of Rotax MAX Challenge Malaysia, is hosting a new International RMC event: the inaugural Rotax MAX Challenge Asia Festival 2022 (RMCAF).

Due to a number of other RMC championship events scheduled for the same weekend of August 27 & 28, it has unfortunately limited the possibility for more competitors to participate at Eindhoven. Therefore, we believe it is the right decision to bring the RMC Grand Festival one week forward. In this case, the event will be rescheduled to the famous Erftlandring circuit at Kerpen, Germany on August 20 & 21 (with free practice optional – Friday, August 19).

At its fourth edition, the Rotax MAX Challenge International Trophy confirmed all the qualities that have built its reputation since its creation in 2019 while advancing its development in the light of experience in the Rotax spirit.

In superb weather conditions, the 245 drivers of the Rotax MAX Challenge International Trophy competed in 28 Qualifying Heats to select the finalists and determine the starting order of the decisive Prefinals and Finals to be run on Saturday 30th July in Le Mans.

The first and long awaited stage of the Rotax Max Challenge International Trophy, the Qualifying sessions took place on the morning of Thursday 28th July at the Circuit International du Mans. Léni Robillot Lagache (FRA) in Micro Max, Dragos Avasilcutei (AUT) in Mini Max, Austin Lee (DEU) in Junior Max, Kai Rillaerts (BEL) in Senior Max, Antoine Barbaroux (FRA) in DD2 and Vivien Cussac-Picot in DD2 Masters are the six polemen of this fourth edition of RMCIT.

BRP-Rotax is glad to announce the first Electric Kart Cup Portugal which is organized by the FPAK (the Portuguese ASN) in cooperation with our long-term partner and authorized Rotax Karting distributor Korridas e Kompanhia and will take place at the Portimao circuit from October 21^st to 23^rd, 2022.

The Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy started its second half of the season last weekend in Belgian Mariembourg. On the 1,388m long Kart des Fagnes track, 163 drivers from all over the world started into the end phase of this year’s RMCET season. In thrilling races, some new faces ended up on the leading positions of the individual grades again. In the end, there were four early title winners next to day winners. 

The excitement in the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy is rising. This weekend, the Austrian engine manufacturer's international championship will herald the second half of the season. More than 160 drivers will gather at Karting Des Fagnes in Mariembourg, Belgium. On the track 160km west of the traditional Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps, the organizers expect exciting racing action as they head into the home straight of the top-class racing series.
