Tina Hausmann continues with Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team for 2025 F1 Academy Season

AMRTC, Silverstone – The Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team today announced that Tina Hausmann will continue to represent the team for the 2025 F1 Academy season, racing with PREMA.

Tina, 18 years old, completed her first F1 Academy season in 2024, securing tenth place in the driver standings. The Swiss driver ended her rookie year on a high, placing fourth in the final race at Abu Dhabi’s Yas Marina Circuit to help clinch the team title honours for PREMA.

F1 Academy will remain part of the F1 support package and, now in its third season, the all-female series will visit four familiar venues as well as challenging the drivers with three new circuits. The 2025 season kicks off in China in March, followed by rounds in Saudi Arabia, Miami, Canada, the Netherlands, and Singapore, before concluding in Las Vegas in November. Jessica Hawkins will continue as the team’s Head of Racing for F1 Academy, supporting Tina as she enters her second year in the series.

Tina Hausmann, Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team, F1 Academy driver, said: “Looking back on the incredible opportunity of competing in the 2024 F1 Academy series for Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team with PREMA Racing, countless precious and unforgettable moments come to mind. Being behind the wheel and pushing the limits on seven iconic racetracks around the world felt like a dream came true. The learning curve was steep and culminated in a strong result in the final race. Aston Martin Aramco supported me throughout the journey like a true family.”

“Being able to race for a second year in the series with Aston Martin Aramco and PREMA Racing - two incredible teams committed to competing at the top - means a lot to me. I want to thank everyone who made this possible. The relentless support of fans around the world has fuelled me with the energy to push forward. As a passionate and determined driver, I am fully committed to constantly improving and growing.”

“Representing Aston Martin Aramco and PREMA in the series is a huge honour and I’m very proud of it. On this global platform, you are in the spotlight as an athlete and as an individual, but I feel fully supported in all situations by both teams. Everyone involved does an incredible job and is driven to perform.”

Jessica Hawkins, Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team, Head of Racing for F1 Academy and Driver Ambassador, said: “I am really excited to continue working with Tina in 2025 as she embarks on her second year in F1 Academy. Over the past season, she has grown tremendously, gaining valuable experience and developing both her skills and confidence on track.
