Prize Package Confirmed for Superkarts! USA SuperNationals 28
TEMECULA, CA – The Superkarts! USA SuperNationals 28 is set to be a record-breaking event on November 12-16 outside the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. For a third straight year, karters from around the world will converge on the Las Vegas, Nevada, facility to compete for a space in the SKUSA record books. Part of the battle to etch their name in history on SuperSunday will be to take home a piece of the prize package, valued at roughly $45,000.
Superkarts! USA will continue with a cash purse for five of the nine categories competing at SKUSA SuperNationals 28. The headline division of Pro Shifter features a $15,000 cash purse, including a $10,000 check to the race winner. The Pro X30 division has a cash purse of $7,000 for the top five finishers with this year’s winner receiving $3,000. KA100 Senior, KA100 Junior and Mini Swift are part of the cash purse categories, each awarded $5,250, with the winner from each class presented with a $2,500 check.

The partnership between Superkarts! USA and B.R.M Chronographes continues for SKUSA SuperNationals 28. Frederic Gasser of B.R.M has been a longtime partner of Superkarts! USA and supporter of the SKUSA SuperNationals event. The race winners in KA100 Senior and KA100 Junior will receive a customized timepiece, valued at $3,500 each.
A new addition to the Superkarts! USA SuperNationals 28 prize package is designated for the Mini Swift and Micro Swift categories. Brad Danoff at Visions Custom Designs is awarding a custom-painted Arai CK helmet to the winner of each division. Each helmet has a unique design to celebrate victory at SKUSA SuperNationals 28, providing an exclusive trophy-style lid to wear or display for a lifetime.
A historic week is expected at SKUSA SuperNationals 28, based on the quick response of competitors registering. New records were set in the volume of registrations in opening hours, leading to over 500 entries in just three days. Five of the classes have been expanded to welcome 88 drivers, including KA100 Senior, Pro X30, KA100 Junior, Pro Shifter and X30 Junior. Currently, KA100 Master, Micro Swift, Mini Swift, KA100 Senior and Pro X30 are sold out, and waitlists have been established. Limited spaces still remain in Pro Shifter, Master Shifter, KA100 Junior and X30 Junior before registration closes on Monday, October 27, at 11:59 pm Pacific Daylight Time.
The event format continues as previous editions of the Superkarts! USA SuperNationals, featuring Morning classes and Afternoon classes. KA100 Junior, KA100 Master, KA100 Senior, Master Shifter and Micro Swift make up the Morning shift of categories, while X30 Junior, Mini Swift, Pro X30 and Pro Shifter are featured in the Afternoon time slots each day.
The Superkarts! USA room block at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino for SuperNationals 28 remains open. Competitors and spectators visiting for the event can book their stay at the Westgate with special room rates available until Tuesday, October 21.
