Maccagnani joins PREMA for 2026 Formula 4 programme
PREMA Racing is delighted to announce that Niccolò Maccagnani will be joining the team for the 2026 Formula 4 season. The Italian racer will take part in the Italian Formula 4 and E4 championships, making his debut in two of the world's most competitive junior single-seater series, with more appearances set to be announced at a later date.
The 15-year-old Roman started his career at an early age with karting and moved to car racing later this year, entering the Scuderia Ferrari Driver Academy. Maccagnani joined the F4 South Asian Championship from round four at Sepang, delivering a triple podium and continuing with a stunning triple win in the series finale.
In addition to a thorough testing programme to prepare for the next season, he also entered the Formula Trophy championship in the Middle East, where he established himself among the leading contenders of the series and delivered impressive runs.

Angelo Rosin - Team Founder
"Niccolò has been extremely impressive in his first few races despite being very young and a rookie in Formula 4, so we are proud to have him with us, and we look forward to helping his talent develop. Italian Formula 4 and Euro 4 are challenging championships; we’re confident he will be battling at the front."
