Locorotondo’s Alex Irlando raced the ACI Karting Italian Championship in Siena to prepare the FIA Karting KZ European Champhionship in Sarno.

Cunati won Race-1 in KZ2 and increased his lead, Tormen won Race-2. The other winners are: Trentin and Marenghi in 60 Mini, Cesari and D'Attanasio in KZN Under, Profico and Torsellini in KZN Over, Cenedese and Bertuca in X30 Junior, Villa and Ingolfo in X30 Senior.

The Italian ACI Karting Championship has scored another presence record on June 9th at the circuit of Siena: 283 drivers are present in the categories KZ2, 60 Mini, KZN Under, KZN Over, Iame X30 Junior and Senior. Qualifying practice took place on Friday, while heats will follow on Friday and the double finals will be on Sunday, June 9th, starting from 10:20.

The Circuito Internazionale Napoli of Sarno is preparing to host the first Italian Kart Grand Prix from 14th to 16th June 2019. While the young Drivers of the FIA ​​Karting Academy Trophy will be competing in the second of their three Competitions, the FIA ​​Karting European Championship - KZ & KZ2 will finish at the foot of Vesuvius.
