The Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine fired into life at Circuit Paul Ricard this morning with the opening Collective Test of the weekend, held under dry and warm conditions. It was Enzo Deligny (R-ace GP) who set the pace, clocking a best time of 1:58.862, leading a tightly packed field with 12 drivers covered by less than a second.

Ava Lawrence (UAE) in Micro Max, Emerson Macandrew-Uren (GBR) in Mini Max, Eva Morris (GBR) in Junior Max, Simon Périgny (FRA) in Senior Max, Sem Knopjes (NLD) in DD2 Max and Gabriel Zughella (ARG) in DD2 Max Masters took pole positions in this 7th edition.
