Ninovic extends championship lead after dominating Saturday at Brands Hatch

GB3 Championship leader Alex Ninovic enjoyed perhaps his best day of the season so far, with a crushing display on Saturday on the Brands Hatch Grand Prix circuit. The Australian delivered one of the most dominant qualifying performances in the championship’s history this morning, and converted that into a supreme win in race one, his fifth of the year. 

Rocco Coronel remains the driver to beat as the Ginetta Junior Championship continues this weekend at Brands Hatch (23-24 August).

Coronel will make the trip to Kent this weekend with momentum on his side following a dream home event at Zandvoort last time out. The Dutchman charged to two wins on home tarmac, taking his tally to a stunning 11 victories from 15 races so far in his rookie car-racing campaign.
