The expanding Nitrous Competitions ADM Racing team has launched a Junior Academy programme for its GB4 efforts, as it bids to scout up and coming talent from karting.
The Junior Academy drivers will spend 12 months with the squad, making full use of the team’s in house facilities as they prepare for the jump from karting into cars. The youngsters will also be present at several GB4 events throughout the campaign, and will be fully immersed in the team’s efforts, taking part in post-session debriefs alongside Nitrous ADM’s current drivers and getting involved behind the scenes.
Junior Academy drivers will also commence GB4 testing programmes throughout the year, with a view to taking part in this year’s Winter Series at Snetterton. The team has already inducted two drivers into the 2026 programme: karters Archie Pearce and Mollie Mizen.
16-year-old Pearce began karting just over a year ago, and contested six rounds of the FAT Karting League in 2025, finishing eighth overall in his class.
14-year-old Mizen from East Sussex started her karting career in 2024 with practice sessions at Lydd Kart Circuit, before progressing through club racing to the Junior Rotax division of the Ultimate Karting Championship last year.
Team Principal Gary Ward: “As part of the team’s expansion, we were very keen to give drivers a smoother transition from karting into single-seaters. As we continue to build the team, a lot of focus has gone into the facilities at our base, which will play a major role in the development of these drivers as they move from karting into car racing for the first time.”

Both have excelled so far in their short careers, and we’re really looking forward to working with them as they step into a GB4 car for the first time. We think they are potential stars of the future, and I look forward to seeing how they progress.”
