Australian youngster Dante Vinci has been confirmed as Hillspeed’s first driver signing for the 2026 GB3 Championship, following a highly promising winter testing programme with the squad across the UK and Europe. The 17-year-old makes the step up into GB3 after his first full season in cars this year in the Italian F4 Championship and Euro F4 Championships.

The Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team™ is proud to announce that 17-year-old German racing talent Mathilda Paatz will represent the team as its driver for the 2026 F1 Academy season. It has been a perfect F1 Academy finale for PREMA Racing under the glamorous lights of Las Vegas, as Doriane Pin capped a strong full-season run by winning the 2025 Driver Championship. The French racer, a Mercedes-AMG F1 Team junior driver and an Iron Dame, made a key breakthrough on Saturday, when she cruised to victory in a hectic, wet Race 1. She then stayed out of trouble in Race 2 to clinch the title. Throughout the course of the season, she achieved four wins, the most of any driver, and eight podiums.

SJM Theodore PREMA Racing saw a promising and exciting day turn into disappointment today at the 72nd Macau Grand Prix. The team fought for the win in the opening half of the FIA FR World Cup main race, with a stunning overall display, but ended up with a triple DNF.
 

SJM Theodore PREMA Racing will take off from the front row of the 72nd Macau Grand Prix Qualification Race tomorrow at the Guia Circuit. Freddie Slater performed brilliantly in Day 2 of qualifying, in a session that proved extremely challenging. Overnight rain meant that the track was not particularly quicker than on Thursday, and contacts with the wall led to multiple stoppages. That had an effect on how the results unfolded.

Chip Ganassi Racing has signed Cam Becker to its driver development program. At 11 years old, Becker is the first driver signed to the new program, which was announced by the team late last year. Becker is the youngest ever champion of the Lucas Oil Formula Car Race Series. Winning six races and scoring 11 podium finishes in 15 races, Becker won the championship in late October. Next year, he will continue to compete and test across multiple open-wheel disciplines.
