The inaugural African Karting Cup (AKC) is finally here! See young talent from 15 African countries compete against each other at Zwartkops Raceway in Pretoria on the 16th & 17th February.

Qualifying practice and heats took place under the rain with a few surprising results. Further heats will follow on Saturday, October 21st, while the final stages with Live Streaming will be on Sunday, October 22nd.

In FIA Karting, Rotax, Rok or IAME, and in numerous countries around the globe, podium finishes are on the cards for Energy Corse. In OK, Tomass Stolcermanis is racking up a string of brilliant results and is currently 4th in the FIA Karting European Championship, just a few points behind 3rd place. In Mini, Niccolo Perico leads the Italian Championship after his victory at La Conca! On the other side of the world, podium finishes were also on offer in the Australian Championship, as well as in the Rotax Challenge in the USA.

The international events continue week after week, and the trophies pile up on the shelves of the drivers and teams using KR Global Motorsport Company equipment. After successes in IAME and Rotax in the previous days, the WSK Super Master Series ended in Cremona with no less than 13 podiums in the Finals and in the general classification.

The 26th edition of the Winter Cup was not held in February as usual, but in November on the South Garda Karting circuit in Lonato. The Winter Cup started in dry conditions and ended in heavy rain. In all conditions, Senna Van Walstijn and Adrien Renaudin set a particularly strong pace in the KZ2 race at the wheel of their Sodi-TM Racing packages from the CPB Sport team. Van Walstijn's performance was rewarded with a podium finish, while Renaudin came close to the same reward!

Throughout this intense 2021 season, the Energy Corse team has been particularly competitive as recent prestigious international events can attest: a masterful victory in the Rok Cup Superfinal in Mini with the Canadian Jensen Burnett and a podium in OK-Junior during the Champions of the Future series with Tomass Stolcermanis. Stolcermanis also had the honour starting on the front row of the World Championship in his Energy Corse-TM Racing package.

The fifth round of the Italian ACI Karting Championship has crowned Parolin Motorsport driver Alfio Spina as OK Champion 2021. Around 300 participants from 36 different countries took part in the competition from 18th to 20th June at the Circuito Internazionale Napoli in Sarno.

Motorsport UK are seeking applications to represent the UK in the 2021 FIA Karting Academy Trophy – a prestigious international championship for 12-14-year olds. The FIA ​​Karting Academy Trophy is a unique competition designed to pit the best young karters from around the world against each other on equal terms. 

Nice qualifying heats have taken place ahead of the final stages of the 31st Andrea Margutti Trophy at the International Circuit 7 Laghi in Castelletto di Branduzzo (Pavia).
