The second race day of the Champions of the Future Academy Program UK continued from Saturday’s momentum at Silverstone, with drivers returning to a cold but dry track in the morning. Grip built steadily through qualifying and heats before conditions shifted midway through the day, with rain arriving for the finals. With a full second set of results on the line, adapting to the evolving track became key.

The Champions of the Future Academy Program launches its first dedicated UK series at Kart Silverstone from 26 to 29 March. For the first time, Mini 60 and OK-N will headline a standalone national series.

The Italian factory will be protagonist of the new competition, organized by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), with the aim of making the access to karting easier worldwide, by supplying Kosmic Kart chassis and Vortex Engines

Since its creation in 2010, the FIA Karting Academy Trophy has established itself as a unique detection and training programme for young drivers from all over the world. Based on the principles of sporting fairness and accessibility, each year it brings together talented drivers from over 50 nations, all using identical equipment supplied by the FIA in partnership with OTK Kart Group.

As in 2023, the FIA Karting prize-giving ceremony took place in Nice, France, on Saturday 7th December at the Hyatt Regency Palais de la Méditerranée. The karts of the three World Champions were displayed to the guests.

The magnificent Al Forsan International Sport kart circuit and its spectacular layout brought the first season of the Champions of the Future Academy Programme to a close in the sunshine and heat of the United Arab Emirates. The 'arrive and drive' concept of the programme is set to become a benchmark in the world of karting. In the presence of eminent motorsport personalities, Spain's Luna Fluxa Cross in the Senior class, Australia's James Anagnostiadis in the Junior class and Belgium's Priam Bruno in the Mini class received their 2024 Champions trophies.

Australia’s karting representatives took on young drivers from across the world at the 2024 FIA Motorsport Games in Valencia, Spain across the weekend. This prestigious event, held every two years, unites nations and drivers for the world’s largest motorsport festival, featuring 26 disciplines across various categories.

The third edition of the FIA Motorsport Games has officially begun. A total of 646 athletes from 82 countries will compete in no fewer than 26 categories, a significant increase from the 16 categories of last time in France and the six categories of the first edition in Italy. The Rally category has been expanded from three to nine categories, while GT Single Make, Esports F4, Karting Mini and Cross Car Mini are also new.

The world meeting at PFI proved to be as difficult as expected. With a record number of participants and a formidable track, the battles were fierce, not to mention the rain for the Finals. For Parolin Motorsport, the highlights were Zac Drummond's comeback in the OK Final, Christian Costoya's retirement in the Junior class and Heitor Dall Agnol Farias's 3rd place in the OK-N World Cup.

The CRG Racing Team and Ethan Jeff-Hall are the 2024 World Champions of the OK category, the top direct drive class. The event, the most prestigious and important of the international season, was held in England at the PF International Circuit from September 12th to 15th. This circuit has always been a battlefield for English drivers and this year too was no exception, with an all-English podium in OK and an English winner in Junior. For the CRG colours, this prestigious success enriches our wall of fame in FIA events, bringing the world titles won to 25.
 

The Mondokart.com FIA Karting European Championship has crowned Britain's Joe Turney in OK and Belgium's Dries Van Langendonck in Junior with their performances in Sweden confirming their talent. Belgium's Gilles Herman won the FIA Karting Academy Trophy with an excellent display of maturity, while Switzerland's Dan Allemann came back brilliantly to secure 2nd place.

Weekends come and go and they don't always resemble each other in terms of results, but performance remains a constant for the Parolin Motorsport team. Miguel Costa's 9th place in the OK class, William Calleja's excellent 6th place and Christian Costoya's incredible comeback in the Junior class were the highlights of the third round of the FIA Karting European Championship at the Slovak Karting Center.
 

The final day of the FIA Karting meeting at the Slovak Karting Center was bathed in sunshine without excessive heat and the races were even more intense in these excellent conditions. In a rare circumstance there were three winners from one country - Thibaut Ramaekers in OK, Dries Van Langendonck in Junior and Gilles Herman in Academy - all from Belgium.

The second Competition of the Mondokart.com FIA Karting European Championship - OK & Junior was hit by rain during the last two timed sessions. Pole positions were secured on a dry track during the first sessions by Iacopo Martinese (ITA) in Junior and David Cosma Cristofor (ROU) in OK. The two timed series of the first FIA Karting Academy Trophy Competition took place in the rain, with Dan Allemann (CHE) the fastest.
