Further to the worldwide travel restrictions due to the COVID-19 virus, BRP-Rotax and 3MK Events have carefully taken the decision to postpone the 2^nd edition of the Rotax MAX Challenge International Trophy, which would have taken place from Tuesday 28^th July to Saturday 01^st August 2020 at Le Mans Karting International track, in France.

In order to allow every drivers, teams and Rotax Distributors from all over the world to be part of the 2^nd edition, the Rotax MAX Challenge International Trophy will take place exceptionally this year in Portimão, Portugal, from Tuesday 8^th to Sunday 13^th December 2020. This will also allow us to organise the 2020 RMCIT while ensuring the health and safety of each person which is the most important for BRP-Rotax and 3MK Events.

This new date will be the last chance of the season to win a 2020 RMC Grand Finals ticket. 4 tickets will be awarded for the winners of the Junior MAX, Senior MAX, MAX DD2 and MAX DD2 Masters classes. The Micro & Mini MAX winners will receive a CAN-AM DS 90 quad.

The initial registrations are automatically retained for this new RMCIT date and location. Each driver already registered at the RMCIT will be contacted personally in the next few days.
