The Portuguese Government just announced a hard lockdown for the whole country starting on January 15^th, 2021, for the next two weeks minimum, following the rising Covid-19 cases. BRP-Rotax carefully reviewed all facts about the impact of this new situation.

The Colorado Karting Tour finally kicked-off its season in the COVID-19 effected year at the beautiful Grand Junction Motor Speedway facility.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and current travel restrictions, BRP-Rotax has decided to postpone the 2020 Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals till January 2021, and to change the location to the city of Portimão in Portugal. The 2020 RMC Grand Finals will take place in Portimão, Portugal, from January 23 to January 30, 2021.

BRP-Rotax is very pleased to announce the launch of a special event for the worldwide Rotax family, as well as everyone else interested to participate: the first-ever Rotax SIM RACING Challenge, a virtual reality race on the platform of iRacing.com.

Around 150 drivers headed to the "Home Of Champions" in the first weekend of March, representing 16 different nations, to battle against the very best in Rotax racing circles, with six different classes in action.

Karting Australia, International Karting Distributors and the Go-Kart Club of Victoria advises that the opening round of the 2020 Rotax Pro Tour, scheduled for this weekend (March 21/22), has been postponed.
