The international Rotax racing season is on the horizon. The wait will finally come to an end this weekend for numerous competitors from all over Europe. On the race track in Campillos, Spain, the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy Winter Cup will herald the start of the national season. Nearly 200 competitors will be putting the pedal to the metal on the 1,580-meter circuit located in the historical region of Andalusia along Spain’s southern coastline.

The 2019 Senior Max Champion, Mathilda Olsson (Strawberry Racing), is racing on a Sodi Kart chassis at the final round of the RACB Championship Rotax Max Challenge Belgium, which is being held at Karting Genk: Home of Champions. Olssen is busy preparing for this year’s ROTAX - New Age Karting Grand Finals in Sarno, where the Max Senior-class will race on Sodi Kart.

After another exciting racing season for the Rotax Max Euro Trophy in 2019, which visited four great venues this year and lasted around five months, the newly-revamped calendar again goes to four premium tracks across the European landscape, starting next Easter. The calendar was announced live via the championship’s official Facebook page on the evening of the season’s penultimate day of racing in Germany. 
 

ROTAX MAX Euro Trophy is now at the Prokart Raceland circuit in Wackersdorf for the final battles that will decide who will become our champions, and who will be heading to the ROTAX - New Age Karting Max Challenge Grand Finals in Sarno this coming late October.

For its first edition, the Rotax Max Challenge International Trophy was the scene of powerful sporting clashes from Thursday 22nd to Friday 23rd August at the Le Mans Karting International Circuit. After 42 Qualifying Heats, the six categories in contention finally revealed the order of their finalists, who will all be back on track on Saturday, 24th August for the big closing day of this new major event of the season.

For its first edition, the Rotax Max Challenge International Trophy is already attracting drivers, teams and coaches from around the world. While the Qualifying sessions have just finished, the pleasure of participating in the new world-wide Rotax event is obvious in the Le Mans paddock. The organisation by 3MK Events, in close collaboration with BRP-Rotax, set the bar very high by giving the Le Mans International Circuit Karting a stature it had not yet reached
