On the last weekend of October, the international karting community will shift its focus towards one much awaited event: the final round of Champions of the Future at the Kartódromo Internacional do Algarve in Portimao! Entries are still open but there won’t be room for all!

Talented competitors producing close racing on exciting circuits: this could sum up what IAME Euro Series is about on the global karting scene. If you want to join and compete against the best IAME teams and drivers, either in Mini, Junior, or Senior classes, the international series promoted by RGMMC is the karting competition to look up to!

The first Competition of the FIA Karting European Championship - OK & Junior was an exciting race under the sun and heat of northern Spain. The fast Zuera circuit was a major contributor to the intensity of the spectacle thanks to its overtaking-friendly layout. Tuukka Taponen (FIN) in Junior and Kimi Antonelli (ITA) in OK only started 9th and 4th respectively in the Final, but they were able to step up the pace to cross the finish line as winners.

A dynamic young man in his thirties, James Geidel, as President of the RGMMC Group, has been the Promoter of the FIA Karting Championships since 2018. RGMMC also promotes and organises other Competitions such as the IAME Euro Series, the Spanish Karting Championship and the new international Champions of the Future series launched in 2020.

The FIA officially presents the new FIA Karting app for mobile devices on 5 March 2019 as part of the Geneva International Motor Show in the presence of FIA President Jean Todt and FIA Karting Promoter James Geidel.

Jorrit Pex, Fabian Federer and Gabriel Bortoleto have been rewarded for their results in season 2018 at the prize ceremony of the FIA Karting Champions in Geneva.
