With 20 days to go until the opening round of the 2026 Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy, the event continues to gather momentum, with the number of registered drivers now reaching 220 entries ahead of the Italian round at the Cremona Circuit.

After the positive response of the Rotax MAX Challenge Winter Cup in Campillos earlier in January, attention now turns to the opening round of the 2026 Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy, where a highly competitive field of around 200 drivers is expected to line up for the first major RMC Euro Trophy event of the season.

BRP-Rotax, in cooperation with Authorised Rotax Distributor Kart-Shop Italia, announces the first Rotax Electric Kart Cup Italy 2025 as a feature category on the weekend of August 30th - 31st at the Circuito Internazionale di Napoli. Joining the RMC Grand Festival for the youngest racers, which travels to Italy this year to combine with the local southern championship, it’s also just a week before the closing round of the RMC Euro Trophy. This will definitely be a jam-packed fortnight of spectacular racing!

The Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy is gearing up for its second round of the 2025 season, heading to uncharted territory as the Steel Ring in Trinec, Czech Republic, makes its debut on the RMC Euro Trophy calendar. Five Rotax categories, Mini MAX, Junior MAX, Senior MAX, DD2 and DD2 Masters, will line up in Trinec, including 200 drivers. Here’s what to watch across the classes.
