The German Kart Championship came to a grand conclusion last weekend (September 19–21) with a thrilling showdown. Nearly 200 drivers competed at Pro Kart Raceland, battling under blazing sunshine and temperatures reaching 30°C for the final championship points. In front of packed grandstands, motorsport fans witnessed action-packed racing and the decisive moments in the title fights.

The German Kart Championship kicked off the second half of its season last weekend at the historic Erftlandring in Kerpen. At the fourth of five race weekends, more than 200 drivers lined up on the 1,107-meter cult track. In front of packed grandstands and under consistently dry late-summer weather, the six classes delivered thrilling karting action — including the first championship decision in the Minis. The final winners in Kerpen were Markus Kajak (DKM), Marc Alexander Reistrup (DJKM), Jeffrey Fikse (DSKC), Devin Titz (DMKM), Maxim Becker (X30 Junior) and Lars Ramaer (X30 Senior).

The second round of the German Kart Championship season in Mülsen had a lot to offer. While Markus Kajak (DKM), Milan Rossi (DJKM), Jayden Thien (DSKC), Devin Titz (DMKM), Bruno Greiling (X30 Junior) and Aaron Garcia Lopez (X30 Senior) won their finals, changing weather conditions on Sunday made for exciting racing. 210 drivers travelled to Saxony and battled for more championship points on the 1,315-metre Arena E race track.

This year's tour of the German Kart Championship ended at Pro Kart Raceland Wackersdorf and provided a good backdrop for the season finale of Germany's highest kart racing series. A new record was set at the finale with 208 drivers. Thrilling kart racing was on offer in glorious sunshine, with the focus on the title fights in the six classes. The new 2024 champions are Markus Kajak (DKM), Moritz Groneck (DJKM), Milan Rossi (DMKM), Maximilian Schleimer (DSCK), Marius Bonconseil (X30 Junior) and Elia Weiss (X30 Senior).
