Birelart KZ driver Pedro Hiltbrand came very close to winning the FIA Karting European Championship at the third and final round in Mülsen, Germany, before an engine problem ended his hopes. In KZ2, young Noah Wolfe (VAR by Birelart) showed great determination, finishing just off the podium.

Birelart Racing leaves the Italian circuit of Sarno in high spirits after Pedro Hiltbrand's victory in the premier KZ category, extending his lead in the Championship with one round to go. The weekend, marked by temperatures around 35 degrees on the redesigned track, also saw hard-fought podium finishes for Samuele Leopardi in KZ2 and Fabio Bifulco (CL Racing) in KZ2 Masters.

Three drivers were smiling broadly from the podium in Sarno at the end of the Mondokart.com FIA Karting European Championship. Pedro Hiltbrand, who had already won the opening race in Spain, is in an excellent position in the overall KZ standings ahead of the final competition in Germany in July. In KZ2, Maksim Orlov is in exactly the same situation, after his comprehensive domination in the Final at the foot of Vesuvius. The first round of the European KZ Championship in Valencia was a success for Birelart Racing. Pedro Hiltbrand showed total mastery, winning the KZ Final by more than 3.2 seconds, confirming the effectiveness of the development work carried out by Birelart in the run-up to the season. Cristian Bertuca backed up this success by taking 3rd place on the podium and setting the fastest lap of the race. In KZ2, almost a third of the field chose the Birelart chassis, with four drivers in the top 10, including Corentin Rousseau, who finished 6th, among other outstanding results.
