Today, in the pitlane of the Las Vegas Strip Circuit at the FORMULA 1 LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2025, the LEGO Group and F1 ACADEMY have announced an exciting multi-year partnership to inspire young fans, especially girls, through creative play and representation. As part of this collaboration, the LEGO Group will be represented on the F1 ACADEMY grid starting with the 2026 F1 ACADEMY season, with LEGO® Racing, piloted by driver Esmee Kosterman at the wheel. Additionally, the LEGO Group and F1 ACADEMY revealed their first LEGO set together, now available for pre-order.

Weug converts pole into commanding lights-to-flag victory in Zandvoort

Maya Weug executed a dominant drive in Zandvoort to claim her second win of the season, leading every lap to crucially close the gap to her title rival Doriane Pin. The Ferrari driver made the most of starting on pole position to secure her second podium of the weekend, with the second-biggest winning margin in F1 Academy history of 7.3s.

F1 Academy has announced Esmee Kosterman as the Wild Card entry for Round 5 of the season at Circuit Zandvoort, representing TeamViewer, the global leader in remote connectivity and digital workplace solutions. The 20-year-old Dutch driver will debut with F1 Academy in a special edition livery that highlights innovators and changemakers driving progress – on and off the track.
