Twelve victories throughout the season, three of them secured during the final weekend at the Mugello Circuit. That is Luka Sammalisto's remarkable tally in the Italian F4 Championship. The Finn had already mathematically secured the Drivers' title at Misano, while his team, US Racing, had also clinched the Teams' championship. Nevertheless, he arrived at the final round of the season with the same determination, intent on confirming his dominance.

The seventh and final round of the Italian F4 Championship got underway at Mugello with the qualifying sessions. David Cosma-Cristofor set the fastest overall time, delivering an outstanding lap around the Tuscan circuit in the cold conditions of the final weekend of October, which made it particularly important to maximise every opportunity.

The 2026 E4 Championship came to an end at Monza in thrilling fashion, with the title fight remaining undecided until the final lap of Race 3. Coming into the season finale as the favourite, Kenzo Craigie lived up to expectations by winning Race 1. However, his title ambitions were thrown into doubt by an incident in Race 2. Just as he was closing in on securing the championship mathematically, the R-ace GP driver was hit from behind and forced to retire, while his rival Luka Sammalisto finished second. The dramatic turn of events brought the US Racing Finn, already crowned Italian F4 Championship champion this season, right back into contention, just eight points behind Craigie.

Kenzo Craigie’s title hopes grew even stronger at the end of the first day of racing at Monza. The championship leader claimed his first victory of the weekend, bringing his tally to four wins in the E4 Championship. The title will be decided tomorrow, with the fight now narrowed down to two contenders: British Mercedes junior driver Craigie, racing for R-ace GP, and Finland’s Luka Sammalisto of US Racing.

Misano World Circuit - The sixth and penultimate ACI Racing Weekend of the season came to an end at Misano. The weekend crowned Luka Sammalisto as the 2026 Italian F4 Champion, while US Racing secured the Teams’ title for the season.
