Emma Felbermayr to Represent Audi Revolut F1 Team in F1 Academy
Hinwil – Audi Revolut F1 Team is proud to announce that Emma Felbermayr will represent the team in the 2026 F1 Academy season. After a promising 2025 campaign, in which she scored her maiden win, Felbermayr will continue for a second season in the all-female series, now fully integrated into the Audi Revolut F1 Team family and sporting the team’s colours on the F1 Academy grid.
Felbermayr’s integration into the F1 project of Audi underscores the brand's commitment to fostering diversity and providing a platform for female talent to thrive. She will benefit from the resources and expertise of the Audi Driver Development Programme, working alongside the team to further refine her skills as she competes on the global F1 Academy stage in a Rodin Motorsport-operated car.
This announcement signifies more than just a driver signing; it represents the continuation of the rich heritage of empowering trailblazing female competitors upheld by Audi throughout its history. By welcoming Felbermayr into its operations, Audi rekindles the pioneering spirit famously embodied by the legendary Michèle Mouton, who shattered records and redefined possibilities behind the wheel of the Audi quattro in the World Rally Championship, and sportscar stalwart Rahel Frey.
The F1 Academy series, which competes on the official Formula One Grand Prix calendar, provides a vital global platform. As a key pillar of the team, Felbermayr will play an important role in representing Audi as the brand enters a new era in motorsport.
Allan McNish, Director of the Audi Driver Development Programme: “We are delighted to officially welcome Emma Felbermayr to the Audi Revolut F1 Team family. Her performance and dedication in her debut F1 Academy season were impressive, and we see great potential for her future. Supporting female talent is a key priority for our F1 operations, and it is a source of pride for us to continue the legacy of strong female drivers who have succeeded with the Four Rings. We look forward to seeing Emma carry our colours on the grid in 2026."
Emma Felbermayr, Audi Revolut F1 Team F1 Academy Driver: “Continuing in F1 Academy and to now do so as an official Audi Revolut F1 Team driver is a huge honour. To be associated with a brand that has such an incredible motorsport history, and one that supported icons like Michèle Mouton and Rahel Frey, is truly inspiring. I am grateful for the trust being placed in me and can't wait to sport the Audi colours on the grid, as I continue my journey in the series with Rodin Motorsport. My goal is to represent the brand with pride, build on what I learned last season, and fight for strong results."
