Round 3 of the IAME Euro Series came to Prokart Raceland Wackersdorf under some of the most demanding conditions of the season — record temperatures for Germany at this time of year, with 36°C on the grid by the time the finals got underway. Three categories, three winners, and three championship battles that could not be more closely fought heading into the final round at Genk.

The qualifying heats came to a close today at Karting Genk: The Home of Champions, with a total of 30 races completing the programme ahead of Sunday's decisive phase of Round 3 of the 2026 Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy.

This weekend, drivers across the X30 Mini, Junior and Senior classes will all flock to the Bavaria district in Germany, to the circuit of Wackersdorf, a much-loved track across international karting, favoured by drivers and one that tests the technical ability of drivers.

The long Friday of Round 3 of the 2026 Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy continued this afternoon at Karting Genk: The Home of Champions, where 11 Qualifying Heats officially launched the race weekend. Following this morning's qualifying sessions, the opening races confirmed the strong form of several pole sitters while delivering plenty of close battles across all seven categories.
