This upcoming weekend, the German Kart Championship ends in the motorsport arena Oschersleben. After 2016, the track is again represented in the racing calendar of the highest German car separation series and expects exciting race decisions in the four predicates.  

After 2018, the German Electric Kart Championship (DEKM) returns to Oschersleben and will host the final races on the track in the Magdeburg Börde. Due to the Corona pandemic, the 2020 season is particularly short. Less than two months after the start of the season at the end of August in Kerpen, the drivers will now head to Oschersleben for the final. In the meantime, the world’s first electric kart championship completed two race weekends in Wackersdorf.

Already since the beginning of the season, the German Shifter Kart Championship has been weakly occupied. Additional deregistrations of participants for the final in the motorsport arena Oschersleben now ensure that the DSKM cannot be carried out. Jorrit Pex is the champion of a shortened season.

This weekend the Iame Euro Series Round 3 will take place in Mariembourg, Belgium. Karting de Fagnes is a tricky challenge full of technical corners and twisty apexes, that make setup very difficult to perfect. It’s the ultimate place for the season finale as excitement is guaranteed, so nothing can be taken for granted.
