In the ACI Karting Italian Championship, the Modena Kart Racing Team once again fought hard at the front of the field at Sarno in the OK-N Junior class. Radu Basescu Pricop and Ioannis Kolovos put in strong performances, confirming their places in the top five of the overall standings with two rounds remaining. At the “Circuito Internazionale Napoli”, Danila Verba secured the team’s best result at the wheel of his Parolin-TM Kart. He, too, has moved into the top 10 of the Championship.

In the last few days, Kalì Kart has confirmed the extension of the agreement with the three Zvarich brothers also for the 2025 season. Max, Marat and Mark, therefore, after the first contact with karting in Italy in the final part of the last season, have confirmed their commitment with the Factory team of the CRG Group, with the aim of capitalizing on all the experience gained in the Iame and Rotax Championships in Asia and, above all, the positive experience gained in the end-of-season events last year in Italy, when they made their debut in the WSK meetings and in the Italian Karting Championship.

It was a very positive weekend for the official Kalì Kart team the one held on the Naples international track in Sarno, where Round 4 of the Italian Karting Championship took place. Cristian Blandino took 2 wins, winning both Race 1 in the morning and Race 2 in the afternoon, thus taking the lead of the Championship with 222 points, 27 more than the 2nd in the ranking.

The official Kalì Kart Team will take part in an evocative race in Sicily on the Triscina track this weekend. In fact, Calogero Vanaria, founder of Kalì Kart, came from Sicily and this event is also a special occasion to remember him.

The fifth round of the Italian ACI Karting Championship has crowned Parolin Motorsport driver Alfio Spina as OK Champion 2021. Around 300 participants from 36 different countries took part in the competition from 18th to 20th June at the Circuito Internazionale Napoli in Sarno.

The engines of the OTK Kart Group pushed Freddie Slater into second place in the final of the OKJ class while in OK, Joseph Turney achieved third position.

Luca Cavalli owned Team Mercury is all set to take part in the Italian Karting Championship from the next round that is scheduled for this coming weekend in Sarno (August 27-30). The team will benefit from the direct technical support of CRG.

The drivers of the Kosmic Kart Racing Department gave a convincing performance in Sarno, where Kosmic Kart equipment was also second in the OKJ class.

Competitiveness and combativeness are the two words that could sum up the weekend of the talented driver James Wharton, racing in the FIA Karting European Championship in the OK category. During the second event in Sarno, Italy, the young Australian made one of the best progressions of the 36 finalist drivers, coming back from 27th to 12th place! The Tony Kart Racing Team is ready to assert itself again being at the top of the International Circuit of Naples (Sarno, Italy), which is preparing to host the second round of the OK and OKJ FIA Karting European Championship.

The International Karting circus will be in Italy again this coming weekend as OK and OK Junior are all set to run their 2nd round of the FIA European Championship in Sarno.

Tony Kart Racing Team closes the first appointment of the WSK Euro Series in Sarno with the podium of Tuukka Taponen in OKJ and an excellent general performance.

Stopwatches provided the first indications on the protagonists of the opening weekend of WSK Euro Series in Sarno at the International Circuit Napoli. Qualifying heats will follow shortly.

At the foot of the Vesuvius volcano, the Circuito Internazionale Napoli in Sarno is a great venue for kart racing which has been regularly included in the FIA Karting Competition calendar for many years. Under the guidance of Giuseppe Sorrentino, both the site and the track are constantly being improved to the delight of the competitors, who often cite it as one of their favourite circuits.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic currently spreading throughout much of the world and the extended period of quarantine in Italy, the CIK-FIA has postponed the date of the next event in Sarno.

Maranello Kart lived a bitter-sweet racing weekend in Sarno at the third round of the Italian ACI Karting Championship. Francesco Iacovacci has always been among the quickest at the International Circuit Napoli over the weekend. Iacovacci claimed a great P4 in KZ2’s race-1, but an incident in race-2 slowed his title quest down and now he is third at only 27 points from the leader. Great double win for Trefilovs and SRP Racing Team in KZ2 at the Adac Kart Masters in Oschersleben. 

The Italian driver won Race1 and came second in Race2 closing in on Cunati that retained the lead of KZ2 but was quite unlucky in Sarno. The third round of the Italian Championship has made the campaign lively in all classifications.
