The Italian ACI Karting Championship round in Triscina (Trapani) postponed to May 31st
The event in Sicily at the Circuit of Triscina is postponed from April 5th to May 31st and becomes the second round of the Italian ACI Karting Championship. The Italian karting season will kick off on May 10th from the International Circuit La Conca (Muro Leccese).
In consequence to the latest Decree-Laws of the Italian Government and the new measures to limit the spread of the Covid-19 infection on the whole Italian territory, the organizers of the Circuit of Triscina (Trapani) in agreement with ACI Sport decided to postpone the race valid for the Italian ACI Karting Championship from April 5th to May 31st 2020 on the same venue in Triscina. The race will be open to Minikart, International Mini Gr.3, KZ2, Iame X30 Junior and Senior.
The race in Triscina on May 31st will, therefore, be the second round of the Italian ACI Karting Championship and will be proceeded by the race at the International Circuit La Conca (Muro Leccese, Lecce) that has been confirmed for May 10th as opener of the season for categories Minikart, International Mini Gr.3, KZ2, OK and OK-Junior. Categories OK and OK-Junior at the International Circuit La Conca will compete for the Italian ACI Karting Championship that will be a one-round championship.
