Tony Kart Racing Team at the frist round of the Champions of the Future in Zuera Spain
The Circuito Internacional de Zuera is hosting the first stage of the new competition RGMMC made up of two rounds. The Tony Kart Racing team is getting on track in two categories and is looking forward to the forthcoming European Championship.
It’s time to get back on track again for the Tony Kart Racing Team in view of another appointment of the intense 2020 karting season. The drivers and technicians are leaving for Zuera (Spain) where we will take part in the first round of the Champions Of The Future, the newly born international competition organized by RGMMC and open to all CIK-FIA categories. The race meeting scheduled on the weekend July 16th - 19th will be a fundamental stage of the calendar, also in view of the FIA Karting European Championship OK and Junior, starting 2 weeks after on the same circuit.
Tony Kart Racing will be back on track in the OK category with a fantastic couple made up by Joseph Turney and Lorenzo Travisanutto. From the beginning of the year, the drivers already gained three victories in the category, proving to be competitive and able to take advantage of the material at their disposal in the best way. In Zuera, they will be able to further gain good results and prepare for the European Championship at best.
The Racing Team will be once again present in the OKJ category too, where they are still engaged in growing young drivers. With Karol Pasiewicz, Aiden Neate, Harley Keeble and Maxim Rehm Tony Kart is confident it will be able to continue the excellent path started this season. In Zuera also Tuukka Taponen will be with them, joining the team since the first race of July but already able to step up onto the podium in the WSK Euro Series staged in Sarno, and Bruno Del Pino, who has been with the team for a short time but looking forward to make the most of this opportunity.
