Now that Formula 1 is in town for the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Las Vegas, the 26th edition of the Superkarts USA SuperNationals has been moved from the traditional parking lot of the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The Skusa SuperNationals will take place from 8th to 12th November 2023. This year's race will see 500 drivers in seven categories! 

The 4th Rental Kart World Contest by CRG has ended with a great organizational and technical success. An organizational success because everything worked excellently in the tight racing program, from the kart draw-up to the race management with the video controls and the spectacular choreographies of the final day on Sunday. But above all it has been a technical success, as the fleet of 40 CRG Centurion Karts made available to the drivers proved to be high-performance, fun to drive, and very balanced, allowing the best drivers to emerge despite 7 different kart draws between Free Practice, Qualifying, Heats, Super Heat and Finals. The problems that emerged were truly limited and considering that this was CRG’s first commitment to a Sprint format event, everything points to a highly successful future for this type of event.

Qualifying practice and heats took place under the rain with a few surprising results. Further heats will follow on Saturday, October 21st, while the final stages with Live Streaming will be on Sunday, October 22nd.

Despite facing different race formats to yesterday on Day Two of the Karting Australia Summer Series in Albury Wodonga, the term that ‘cream always rises to the top’ could not have been any truer, with multiple Gold Medal winners from Saturday doubling up.

Karting Australia’s latest innovation – the Summer Series has roared into life with a combination of curiosity and excitement in Albury-Wodonga today – in ironically cold, unseasonable conditions. Just as the innovative series straddles conventions in karting – it started in the city that famously straddles two Australian states.

Another podium for Anthony Bongartz in the GK4 Kart Series. At the Mariembourg circuit, the fourteen-year-old driver from the Belgian town of Amel finished second in the IAME X30 Junior category during the fifth round of the championship. It meant the Eurokarting driver repeated his result in the fourth round at Genk.

At Bugatti, he has been using that rich experience and deep expertise since 2005, when he became the first – and only – Pilote Officiel of the brand. “I always knew I was destined for a life on the track and behind the wheel,” says Pierre-Henri. “Having started in karting, I knew from a very young age that I wanted to pursue a career interwoven with motorsport.”

The 2023 California ProKart Challenge came to a close on the September 22-24 weekend with the final two rounds contested at the Adams Motorsports Park in Riverside, CA. This was a revised series finale for the 19th championship season when Hurricane Hilary forced Round Five in August to be combined with Round Six. The new three-day weekend avoided weather issues, with perfect racing conditions for the drivers wrapping up the 2023 championship program.

The Karting Champions League is the new player within the karting world where its basis, arrive & drive, is unique for a championship. Everyone in each of the five classes races the same kart with the same set-up, the engines are changed every weekend and for a fixed amount per year.

Karting Australia is pleased to announce the 2024 SP Tools Australian Kart Championship calendar of events.  

Even for this year, the ROK Superfinal is full of registrations just a few hours after the registrations opening. Many drivers coming from all over the world will compete on the South Garda Karting track in Lonato (BS). There are still few places available in the Junior ROK, Super ROK, Shifter ROK, Expert ROK, and Expert ROK Plus categories.

The World Karting Association is pleased to open a new Membership portal through Race Select. Moving event registration to Race Select mid-season, WKA Membership can now be obtained through the same site.

The second half of the 2023 California ProKart Challenge was revised due to the arrival of Hurricane Hilary. The fourth stop of the Superkarts! USA regional series in August was scheduled to be a double-round weekend, hosting Rounds Four and Five. Due to the weather issues, Round Five was moved to the upcoming series finale weekend on September 22-24 at the Adams Motorsports Park in Riverside, California.

Great success for the season final of the ROK Cup Italy at the Cremona Karting circuit, with plenty of drivers and fierce battles for the titles in all six categories running on track. At the end of the day, the following category champions were declared: Shen Zeyu (Mini ROK), Nicolas Marchesi (Junior ROK), David Stefan Dragan (Senior ROK), Sona Ptackova (Expert ROK), Bartosz Grzywacz (Super ROK) and Niki Taylor (Shifter ROK).
