Already on the podium of the European KZ2 Championship in 2021, the Sodikart chassis has just followed up with another Vice-Championship title, this time at world level. Perfectly supported by the CPB Sport team, Senna Van Walstijn achieved a great performance, moving up from 11th to 2nd place in the FIA Karting International Super Cup at Kristianstad. The Dutchman took pole position and set the lap record in the Final, and came very close to victory in Sweden.

Sodi chassis achieved a great overall result in the Final of the FIA Karting European Championships in Italy, on the Adria circuit. Senna Van Walstijn became European KZ2 vice-champion after a race that saw Hubert Petit move up to 2nd position and Arthur Carbonnel finish 4th. In KZ, Adrien Renaudin finished 5th in the Championship after a remarkable comeback from 9th to 4th place in the Final.

The FIA Karting event in Adria (ITA) concluded in style with a breathtaking final day in the tradition of the first two. From the last Qualifying Heats in the morning to the Finals in the afternoon, this Sunday 15th August delivered races of rare intensity punctuated by resounding dramatic twists. The Italians were in the limelight in the gearbox categories. The Final of the FIA Karting European Championship - KZ was won by Paolo Ippolito, while the title went to Riccardo Longhi. In the FIA Karting European Championship - KZ2, Giacomo Pollini won both the Final and the Championship with flying colours. Poland's Maciej Gladysz won the Final of the FIA Karting Academy Trophy and took the lead in the provisional standings.

After a hot day of intense Qualifying Heats, the outcome of the Adria event is still very much in doubt. However, it seems certain that some new names will appear on the podium in the Finals on Sunday afternoon. But before that, the final heats will complete the selection on Sunday morning. The only certainty at the moment is that the competition will be highly entertaining.

As predicted, the start of the FIA Karting competition in Adria on Friday 13th August 2021 was accompanied by high temperatures. What was not expected, however, was the fact that several outsiders took control in Qualifying. Danilo Albanese (ITA) took pole position in the FIA Karting European Championship - KZ2, Federico Al Rifai (ARE) clearly dominated the FIA Karting Academy Trophy, while Andrea Kimi Antonelli (ITA) set by far the fastest time in the FIA Karting European Championship - KZ, where he was making his first appearance.

The European Championships for the KZ and KZ2 categories started in Germany in Wackersdorf with a magnificent overall result for Sodi chassis. Perfectly supported by the CPB Sport team, Senna Van Walstijn proved to be untouchable and unbeaten in KZ2. The Dutchman is already solidly in the lead of the Championship. Adrien Renaudin was forced to start from 10th position in the KZ Final after a small incident during the Qualifying Heats, but he made a remarkable comeback in 5th position.

At Sarno, the CPB Sport Sodi-TM karts have amassed an outstanding trophy collection in the final round of the European KZ2 Championship. Emilien Denner took the victory and the opportunity to finish as 2019 European Vice-Champion. On Italian soil, Jean Nomblot completed the French team's triumph by mounting the podium, highlighting the very high performance of the Sodi chassis.
