Seven events across the DTM and ADAC Racing Weekend programmes will form the inaugural F4 German Championship season. The planned July appearance at the Norisring will be replaced by a race weekend on the Nürburgring Sprint circuit.

The F4 German Championship has confirmed its final calendar for the 2027 season. From May to October, the new German Formula 4 championship will visit six circuits in Germany and Austria. Four events will support the DTM, with a further three taking place as part of the ADAC Racing Weekend.

Nürburgring replaces Norisring in July

A round on the Nürburgring Sprint circuit as part of the ADAC Racing Weekend on 16–18 July 2027 completes the calendar. A proposed race at the Norisring cannot yet take place next year due to the circuit modifications required for formula cars.

Oschersleben opener, Hockenheim finale

The inaugural season will begin alongside the DTM at Oschersleben on 7–9 May, followed by a second DTM appearance at the Lausitzring on 18–20 June.

 July brings two ADAC Racing Weekend events. Following the first Nürburgring visit on 16–18 July, the championship will head to the Red Bull Ring on 30 July–1 August. The Austrian round will be the season’s only event outside Germany.

On 20–22 August, the championship will return to the Nürburgring Sprint circuit as part of the DTM programme. The penultimate event will take place alongside the DTM at the Sachsenring on 24–26 September. Just one week later, the inaugural season will reach its conclusion at the ADAC Racing Weekend at Hockenheim on 1–3 October.

A strong platform for emerging talent

By combining DTM and ADAC Racing Weekend appearances, F4 Germany will bring young single-seater talent to established motorsport platforms. The calendar pairs challenging circuits with opportunities for drivers to showcase their abilities in front of a broad motorsport audience and gain valuable experience for the next steps in their racing careers.
