PREMA Racing chasing continued winning form on Dutch soil

F1 Academy will be the first series to go back on track after the summer break for PREMA Racing, and will do so in a classic destination, Zandvoort, which has been part of its schedule since year one. The popular Dutch Grand Prix will bring in thousands of highly passionate fans, and supporting Formula 1, the F1 Academy drivers are motivated to get the job done in front of such a great crowd.

Doriane Pin will be coming in with the lead in driver points. Back on a track where she already raced and won last year, she will be looking to make further advancements and bring home positive results after the three wins and five podiums she secured this year.

Nina Gademan will compete at home. The Dutchwoman debuted in the series last year with PREMA as a wild-card, and quickly impressed with P4 and P10 in the races. Tina Hausmann also achieved success at Zandvoort with a points finish last year and is looking to make more strides at the venue. She is on a solid run of 6 points finishes.

The track is a tough one to tame in terms of its technical nature, with its banked fast corners and unforgiving runoff areas. The environment also adds an extra layer of difficulty. Rain is forecast across the weekend, and strong winds will be coming from the nearby North Sea.

Rene Rosin - Team Principal

"It's great to be back on track after a healthy break. We have had a positive run so far this year in F1 Academy, and we look forward to continuing that trend with Doriane, Nina, and Tina. They are all looking to add to their tally and strengthen the team’s leading position in points. Zandvoort will surely have its challenges, but we feel we have the tools we need to deliver a successful weekend."
