Livetiming: Round 1 IAME Series Benelux Mariembourg

With 275 drivers expected for the opening weekend of the Championship in Mariembourg, the IAME Series Benelux confirms its status as one of the leading championships in Europe.  For three days, the Karting des Fagnes circuit will be the battleground for the best kart drivers from Benelux and a strong foreign representation.  The entrance is free! With an average of more than 200 drivers per race during the previous season, we thought we had reached the top, but nothing is further from the truth!  On the weekend of 25th, 26th and 27th March no less than 275 drivers are expected to take part in the IAME Series Benelux 2022 season opening at Mariembourg.  The numbers speak for themselves, with a dozen countries represented. To the quantity, we must add the quality with the presence of the best kart drivers in the Benelux, challenged by many foreign references in the discipline.  It is therefore the cream of the crop that will be competing a few kilometers north of Couvin.

On Friday and Saturday, the X30 Senior (14-29 years old) and X30 Junior (12-15 years old) categories will be competing, with the Finals scheduled from 4 pm onwards.  On Sunday, Karting des Fagnes will be animated by the categories Mini Rookie (7-10 years), Mini (10-12 years), X30 Senior Cup (18-29 years, but with a higher minimum weight), X30 Master (30-39 years), X30 Gentleman (over 40 years) and the X30 Super Shifter class (karts with gearbox, with a separate classification for the participants over 40 years).  All this beauty makes up the full program including the qualifications and the Finals.  This is an opportunity not to be missed by lovers of the discipline, especially as entry to the Karting des Fagnes site is completely free.X30 Senior: who will have the best start? With 100 pilots registered, the battle in the X30 Senior class (14-29 years) promises to be fierce!  There is no doubt that every detail can and will be crucial to make the difference.
