Karting graduate Dudley Ruddock joins Arden Motorsport for remainder of 2025 GB4 Season

Dudley Ruddock will make his car-racing debut in the GB4 Championship as he joins forces with Arden Motorsport for the second half of the 2025 campaign.

A 19-year-old from Essex began his motorsport career at the age of 15 with indoor hobby karting, but soon progressed to outdoor karting in 2022, where his talent was noticed by karting teams. Ruddock went on to compete in the Rye House Kart Club (RHKC) Senior Rotax division in 2023 and 2024, winning the championship at his first attempt and finishing third last year.

Following that success, Dudley has commenced a testing programme with Arden Motorsport, initially in the previous generation GB4 car before moving across to the team’s current specification Tatuus MSV GB4-025, with further outings, including at Snetterton, the venue for his debut race event on 12/13 July.

Ruddock is now gearing up to compete at the Norfolk circuit, before moving on to the final three events at Silverstone, Brands Hatch GP and Donington Park GP.

Arden Motorsport Team Principal Garry Horner said: “We are pleased to welcome Dudley to the team for the rest of the 2025 season. We were impressed during testing and are looking forward to supporting his development and seeing what he can achieve.”

Dudley Ruddock said: “I am ecstatic to be joining Arden for the end of the 2025 season. While starting later, I am confident that with their expertise and time they have had within motorsport, they will help me become more competitive as each round passes, bringing in points for the team!”
