Iron Dame Doriane Pin Wins F1 Academy Championship Title

Iron Dame, Doriane Pin, has won the F1 Academy Drivers’ Championship title in Las Vegas following a highly competitive 2025 season.

Doriane, who joined the Iron Dames program in 2021, stepped into single-seater competition for the first time in 2024 as part of the F1 Academy grid, where she finished as the runner-up in her debut season. Returning to the series for a second year with Prema Racing and Mercedes, Doriane made a strong start to the 2025 campaign by claiming victory during the opening weekend of the season in Shanghai.

The French racer then returned to the top step in Miami, Montreal, and Las Vegas, while also securing podium finishes in Jeddah, Zandvoort and Singapore to strengthen her position at the top of the Drivers’ Standings.

By taking the win in Race 1 and fifth in Race 2 in Las Vegas, Doriane followed in the footsteps of fellow Iron Dame Marta García, securing the F1 Academy title – her first championship win since dominating Ferrari Challenge Europe, where she won nine races and claimed 13 podiums in the 14-race 2022 season.

Doriane Pin said: "It’s incredible. I can’t believe it. I worked so hard for this with the team. They’ve been part of my success since day one, since I joined Mercedes and the single-seater programme in 2024. We worked with only one goal: to become champions. I’m very happy to have worked with them and to have achieved amazing things together. I’m also thinking of all the people who have supported me since the beginning of my career. Thank you to my family, my dad, and the Iron Dames as well, who were all part of this success. We are here today because we are strong together — and we are champions."
