Frankfurt on the Main. More than 180 drivers have already entered their registration for the German Kart Championship 2019. A couple of spots are still available in the four categories though. Starting Monday at 8pm , interested guest drivers now have the possibility to gain a ticket for the DKM.

Only a couple of hours after the start of the online registration for the 2019 DKM season, the field of participants of the DMSB Shifterkart Cup (DSKC) was booked up. The organizers of the DMSB have now reacted and expanded the field from 34 to 51 participants. There is also great reception regarding the other grade series.

Italian tire manufacturer Vega is going to stay the sole supplier of the five grade series of the German Kart Championship in the 2019 season as well. Thereby, the DKM is going to continue the successful cooperation of the past years.

The title decisions in the German Kart Championship have been made: Last weekend 184 drivers from more than 20 nations started in Belgian Genk and drove thrilling races until the end. The new champions on Sunday evening were Harry Thompson (DKM), Thomas Ten Brinke (DJKM), Fabian Federer (DSKM) and Emilien Denner (DSKC).The final decisions of the German Electric Kart Championship were also made.

DKM reached its conclusion in Genk with the KZ2 title going to Federer (SRP Racing) as the second and third place went to two CRG Holland’s drivers Jorrit Pex and Stan Pex with CRG locking out the top three. Great win also in KZ2 Cup with the title going to Emilien Denner on Kalì-Kart.

More than 160 drivers from more than 20 nations started into the semi-final of the German Kart Championship last weekend in Kerpen. The traditional Erftlandring caused some changes among the individual championships once again and now promises exciting finals at the end of August in Belgian Genk.

Wackersdorf. The Prokart Raceland in Wackersdorf welcomed the participants of the German Kart Championship to the second event of the year last weekend. The fields were strongly manned again with 179 drivers and impressed with balanced races. In the evening there were eight winners in eight races. The weather caused some additional excitement.
