The very high standard of competition gave rise to magnificent battles and suspense that held until the end, on the very demanding international circuit of Le Mans.

The 2019 European season ended in France on the Le Mans circuit with a very successful performance from the official Parolin Racing Kart team and its #1 driver Gabriele Minì in OK, while James Wharton secured a very convincing top five in OK-Junior. Race after race, Parolin affirms its advantageous position among the best thanks to its extremely effective chassis in all conditions.

Well represented at Le Mans during an FFSA meeting preceding the conclusion of the European Championship, the official Parolin Racing Kart team was in the public eye once again. Gabriele Minì dominated the OK category and added an undisputed victory to his record while new rookie James Wharton made a convincing debut in OK-Junior.

The 2019 WSK Euro Series ended on 30th June at the Adria Karting Raceway with a semi-nocturnal event marked by very hot weather. The overwhelming competitiveness of Parolin Racing Kart since the beginning of the season was rewarded with the win for Rashid Al Dhaheri overall in 60 Mini, while Gabriele Minì achieved a remarkable race in OK and dominated the Final stages of the competition.

This year the Sarno (ITA) Competition will be marked by extreme heat at more than 35° in the air and 50° on the track. In these conditions which are difficult for everyone, the decisive meeting of the FIA ​​Karting European Championship - KZ & KZ2 has started, as well as the second of the three Competitions of the FIA ​​Karting Academy Trophy. Camplese, Palomba and Ho were the Polemen of these three categories.

In the wake of his first European top 10 at Genk (BEL), Suleiman Zanfari further improved his score by reaching 8th in the Final at Kristianstad (SWE). His Swedish event was not easy after a strange drop in performance between Free Practice and Timed Practice. The young Moroccan driver showed great determination to limit his risk-taking during the heats before intensifying his effort during a Final climb of 10 places which allowed him to finish 8th out of 91 participants OK-Junior.

The rain spared none of the three days of racing, however, the Finals were, fortunately, able to take place on a dry track. Marcus Amand (FRA) won in Junior and Lorenzo Travisnutto (ITA) won the OK Final with a strong lead just before a storm.

On Friday 17th May, the second competition of the FIA ​​Karting European Championship - OK & Junior started on the Genk circuit (BEL) in weather conditions that were particularly difficult to manage. The performances were very close between the contenders and the victory rewarded the most consistent at the front of the Competition. In the end, Tuuka Taponen (FIN) won the Junior Grand Prix and Dexter Patterson (GBR) won an exemplary OK race.

In high temperatures for the season and the venue, the Qualifying Practices have established an initial hierarchy among the 147 Drivers present. Young Macéo Capietto (FRA) set the fastest time in OK-Junior, while the experienced Pedro Hiltbrand (ESP) was delighted with his pole position in OK.

The CRG Racing Team announced two important drivers for the 2019 line-up and the race program for the next season.

France is fortunate to host two competitions of the FIA ​​Karting European Championship - OK and OK-Junior in 2019. The opening round will take place on 20th and 21st April at Angerville, while the fourth and final event will take place at Le Mans on 20th and 21st July.
